We begin with a free, high-level evaluation of your requirements. If we can help, we follow it with a detailed project plan built with your stakeholders, which may include on-site sessions with the business and technical teams involved.
Do you work on site?
Yes. Most engagements begin on site so that we fully understand your environment, people and constraints. Delivery then continues on site, remotely or as a mix, whichever suits your team best.
Do you carry out cloud migrations?
Yes. We plan and deliver migrations to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and VMware-based private clouds, covering architecture, security, cost optimisation and cut-over.
Can you help us move to microservices?
Yes. We provide architectural design for microservices, plan and carry out the migration, and automate both the infrastructure and the delivery pipeline that supports it.
Which security standards do you work with?
We deliver security and compliance as one programme covering Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, UK GDPR, SOC 2, NIS2 and DORA, the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework, the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, NIST CSF and the CIS Controls. Controls are implemented once and mapped to every framework you need, with ISO/IEC 27001 as our baseline for every new design.
Do you work with Kubernetes and containers?
Yes. We design, secure and operate Kubernetes on Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE and on-premises, including GitOps delivery, autoscaling, observability and upgrades. We will also tell you honestly when a simpler managed container or serverless service would suit you better.
Can you help us reduce our cloud costs?
Yes. Our cloud optimisation service reviews structure, performance, security and spend together. Typical actions include rightsizing, removing idle resources, scheduling non-production environments, storage lifecycle policies and commitment discounts, all of which also reduce your carbon footprint.
Do you offer AI consultancy?
